I cycled 85km and had an amazing English breakfast at Zinza's World Breakfast All Day! (Not toast!) Fried bread, mushrooms, Heinz baked beans, tomatoes, scrambled eggs, greens, sausage, and coffee with milk. The staff was friendly and the food was very delicious. I definitely plan on coming back again!
There are other stores in Gaienmae and Kichijoji. English breakfast is always available and there are monthly specials. For example, January is Polish food. It's open every day from 7:30 to 8 pm
The cycling to Jinza was sunny and pleasant. The cafe is located a 5-minute walk from the main street of Jinza ( map available) . I'm pretty sure I ate more calories than I burned while cycling. Really.
It was cold outside, but Workman's gear is working well.
